When Civility at individual Rights over-rules the Conduct and Candidature , even Social Nature , Social Binding and the Morale too automatically lapse . This attitude has been only developed since after 1985 as Many know . The Supreme Court and some of the Senior Advocates tried up-to 1995 , but could not achieve to any extent . The whole Indian Culture was reset , diversified and diluted from the year 1995 with the introduction of T. V. Channels Amusing Advertisements and Episodes and is also known to every body . There are individuals opting pre marriage joint lead of certain period with whom she want to marry to ascertain whether he can save and secure her lifelong . There are individuals divorcing Husband who compels for his Sex Desire on his own Wife . There are some Societies working for promotion and follow of Foreign Culture of imitations through " Friendship day between Male and Female " , "Valentine Day " , " Kiss of Low Event " etc., etc., WHILE THE INDIAN SYSTEMS , CUSTOMS , AND CULTURAL PRACTICES ARE GETTING BANNED BY THE COURTS ON THE STRENGTH OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL LAWS WHILE KEEPING ASIDE THE ARTICLE 51 A . In deed , some joint meeting of the political Legislature , Executive and the Judiciary may help for some Reforms that are needed . more
