I would rate 18 months of Modi Govt as better then the previous regime and I can't benchmark and put the figure as I do not have the details. The big positives are the PMs effort to have a long term and better relationship with neighboring countries specially with Pakistan although they have not reciprocated positively to have a good understanding and relationships. If they are brought on the table to have a better understanding, relationship etc., the huge amount we are spending at the border area to look after after mother lands, loosing our worthy forces who guard the border lands and to stop the anarchy being mooted by their countrymen in connivance with antisocial groups. The initiate taken for long term policy changes, visiting like UAE etc., is an admirable part of his success from where we bring large fund for the development of India through employees in Gulf countries. If their contribution was not in place we could have not been developed various states and none had taken interest to visit those countries during last many years. The local circles platform created for common citizen to express their views and points, the reduction in bureaucratic corruption in Central Government etc., is set a good example to his command.

The negative points are that there few ministers and bureaucrats who are in the power wanted to go with old patters and resisting changes due to direct involvement by citizen circle. Another main cause is that different comments and attacks by other RSS members and different groups creating a uneasy and awkward position for their stand.
The other points what he has to do is to bring to the knowledge of general public about the development taking place, fund allocated for various purposes. Unless these are brought to their knowledge and information the efforts dome by him and their team would not be recognized by the general public. These are to be communicated through different mass media to the general public. more

It is good but the new Goct has done nothing for the common man in street. It is for this reason people are getting restless. Prices are rising and it seems that the Govt is doing nothing to curb it. One day it is one commodity and the other day it is another commodity. Govt should have foreseen all this and should have taken steps beforehand. Taking steps after the price rise is no good and reflects total apathy of the Govt towrds our woes. Govt should have anticipated all the opposition and should have taken steps to counter it. Even now some immediate steps should be taken to see that common man is kept in good humour. All the BJP workers are idling in their homes. No body is working to see that the goals of Modi are achieved. It is left to Almighty to see that he successed. Ward members, MLAs and M.Ps all should be meeting the man in the sreet to see that he is being looked after. Than and than alone BJP caan think of success in coming elections. Otherwise it is the end of a good Govt and party. more
I don't think that Modiji is sightseeing in foreign countries. A lot of good is being brought in through his visits. Most important thing is to stop some of the wide-mouthed pals in his team from yelling out without commonsense undoing all the harmony he is trying to create with in the country. more
Modi has to go a long way to bring in a positive change. He has already visited enough number of foreign nations and now he should concentrate in house keeping suspending further foreign tours at least for next 18 months. He should start working right from now towards getting a second term in the office of the PM. more
