We always talk about increasing the salary but that is of no use. Talented teachers should be appointed for which selection process should be very tough with no corruption. Government cannot offer a free education to crores of children. Instead they can bring best educational system in the government schools with reasonable fees structure. Even poor people if they think to educate their children go for matriculation schools just because they want their children to read well. They never bothered about the fees they pay. Importance to English language has increased a lot. This is just because when they go to college Tamil medium students suffer to read books in English. To compete internationally we need English but for understanding the concept regional language is important. Syllabus in the government schools gives solution to this problem then more students can join government schools. Content in English but meaning in regional language especially the explanation should be simple that the students in their stage could understand the words used for explanation. more

1. The prime need of reforming the Primary and Pre-primary need also was shared by many participants in the earlier Posts of Education and its revival is the real prominent issue. 2. The Primary Compulsory Education upto 10th Class ie., upto 14th year of Age to all the Citizen shall be made Free as specified by the Constitutional article 45 and in particular, article 46 . The Governments all over India have to take over all the Private Schools those are running upto 10th Class advising the Private School managements to covert the Schools from 11th Class i.e., Intermediate . 3. The Congress Government has from 1985 illfully licenced the Private Schools upto 10-th Class Studies absolutely denying and defying the Constitutional article 45 to Indian Citizen and 46 also in particular to the S.C., S.T. . AND NOW TO BE HONORED BY THIS BJP/ NDA GOVERNMENT PLEASE . 4. Really , the Citizen of all statuses including those in Judiciary are fully un happy about the neglect of implementation various Constitutional Provisions while on the other way governments carried many as are evident and know to all of us please . more
