I have a query please give all valuable advise and guide to me. I have bought a land in Nehar par greater faridabad only POA based no registry and if i want to register lawyer charged me huge amount is it legal or ilegal registry. more

Dear Sunita Ji There is official amount per square yard charged for the registry.The amount depends on the area where the land lies & as per haryana govt notification you have to make the stamped paper @ 7% on official rate/square yard.For a lady member the registration % could be lesser. In addition there shall be additional charges of making the documents, lawyer's fee & other charges in subregistrar office. By the way lawyer should not charge huge amount.If you can share the area where the land is located ,we may be able to give you more inputs. All the best With Regrds more

first you check the circle rate and stamp duty rate for male or female than you decide how much extra demanded by lawyer.................. more

These type of land are not passed by the MCF. Any construction on these lands might be destroyed by the MCF. But if you already purchased the land then it is better to have the registry by giving some extra amount.. more

Also please check the circle rate and accordingly stamp paper cost required. This will give you an idea how much extra you are being charged. more
