Lodge police complaint if police don't take action then file in court and get order to lodge FIR. Also file the case before consumer forum. If amount is more than 20 lac then file before State Consumer Redressal Commission. more

Our Indian laws should be very effective and as long as lot of loop holes are there for the culprits to escape from any kind of crime they can deliberately commit the mistakes by cheating the common man in new Technics. Our Indian law system has to be changed and the judgments has to be awarded at the earliest possible to avoid delay for the beneficiaries and I found in our property case which was run in the court more than two and half decades which clearly indicates that our law system has to be changed and time found judgement has to be given to the parties. more
