My name is Krishna murthy, working for an mnc in Bengaluru since 28 th Sept 2011. I am completing 5 years service by 27th of this month, I wanted to withdraw my money after completing 5 years i., this 28th.
2 years ago constructed my home & applied for my pf amount & it was rejected as I was not eligible since I did not completed 5 years service. I debt is shooting up, can I withdraw my pf amount, if yes, what are the documents I need to submit, I need my pf amount very badly. Kindly suggest. more

You are eligible for permanent withdrawal as there is no provision in EPF & MP Act for repayment of housing loan. more

IN CASE YOU HAVE TAKEN THE LOAN FROM ANY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION OR BANK IT CAN BE REPAID AFTER 10 YEAR MEMBERSHIP FROM PF. more

You are not eligible for PF loan. Because for loan purpose PF service should be complete 7 years. more

You can not withdraw PF amount fully but get advances of your share only for various purposes but employers share also you may get with out repayment for construction of house and repairs etc. However resign from the employment you may get full amount of PF and in the case of accepting another employment your PF will be transferred to that employer/PF office concerned.All these depends upon your terms and condition of your appointment. more

You can get advances for extension of already constructed house etc. You can prepare the estimates and submit . more
