To Make Railway better Disciplinary action from Railway Commuters also required!
Indian Railway must start campaign to educate Railway Commuters. Here are few suggestions: -
 In Mumbai Local trains, many uneducated and poor beggars have habit of seating near the entrance/Exit door of coach, making nuisance to alighting and boarding passengers! They have this seating habit in spite of inside coach seats are empty! Imagine the height of Nuisance when commuters are seating indoor passage of reserved Handicap coach > How blind and physically handicap persons can manage to alight or board train with obstruction at entrance of the coach!
Suggestions:- Indian Railway should put strict prohibitory strict notice near door passage with nominal penalty. RPF should arrange regular round up to eradicate habit of seating on floor of Coach.
 Similar habit of Commuters seating on platform floors also make nuisance for other alighting and boarding passengers! These seating habit also spread the unhygienic habit of spitting on floors on Railway premises!
 Many Government officials and Police staff have habit of traveling fearlessly in reserved Hanicap coach , making it difficult for genuine handicap persons to get seat in reserved seat in Handicap coach!
Suggestion: - Indian railway should take strict disciplinary action against such irresponsible Government travelers! Or if required Railway can start separate reserved coach space for Government employee!
 Sound pollution on Railway Platform: - Railway has system of train arrival announcement in three languages in high volume for all platforms! Now suppose there are four platforms at particular station that there are four train announcements constantly going on in three languages! Making it difficult for all waiting commuters to peacefully wait for train!
Suggestions: -(1) No need to announce train schedule in full sentances > Announcement can be short and sweet as follows > Train expected/ arrived – Platform no. –timing – Slow/Fast that’s all! No need to announce where it will stop and where it will not stop! Let Commuters have habit of reading four indicators mounted on Platforms!
(2) Design and display Railway Indicators so that all Commuters can easily access the display with clear readability
(3) Avoid frequent change of Train arrival platforms! Last moment announcement of changeover of train arrival platforms makes lot of havoc for all commuters. All passengers start rushing carelessly to catch the train shifted to other platform!
> Don’t allow all outside vendors to sell their products in Local and passenger trains! These practices are going on under corrupted practices of RPF! These unauthorized Vendors and baggers create lot of nuisance in Railway coaches! Indian Railway RPF is fully responsible for such unhygienic activities inTrains and platforms! more

Good points/ suggestions. Let the Railway look into the points. more
Railway should withdraw superfast & express trains which are running 1/4 to 1/2 filled throughout the year after survey which will prevent loss & the money saved can be utilized for betterment of railway. Trains running in solar energy should be introduced as soon as possible. more
Mr. Harshad Rambhia, Your language is not clear enough. But based on what I could get from it, my suggestion is "all of us know minimum 2 policemen always travel in a train on duty. Then instead of sleeping in the train, why don't they go for regular checkups into every single coach?" On more question, no policemen or TTE enters into the General coaches. Why? Most crimes and WT passengers travel in General compartments. Then a even bigger force of 5-6 cop's should be travelling in the General coaches! more
Yes first all illegal persons like vendors, beggars should be removed from railway system stating from railway stations/ waiting halls more
Friends, these issues are common for all public places. We have to understand one thing; " the huge economic difference and education gap among masses of our land". The effluent and educated need world class facilities, at the same time poor and uneducated are fighting for their survival. We all use the same facilities, so such conflict will remain. What is "comfort " or "good to have" for one, is in conflict with the other to " get a day's bread". Therefore, a sincere and honest (non corrupt) administration is the only solution. At the same time the privileged one should appreciate the situation and needs of the less fortunates more
