May be child is suffering from Ambeosis infection,so causes of loose motion after eating,advise some testing like LFT,stool culture test,and USG abdomen,and give the Diarex 1/2 tab tow times in a day,syp-Bifilac-10Ml two times in a, day,tab-Punanrvadi mandur -1tab two times in day,drop-Entergermina -1 only once time,if need any help and consultation please ask question or personal advise more

try- alovera juice & giloy ka kaada (giloy ki stem ko 1 glass water me boil kare jab tak wo 1/4 ho jaye fir thanda kar ke pila de) or also try giloy juice easily available from any ayurvedic store, it will definately improve the condition in a weak more

Even my son had the same problem. No pathy was helping, surprisingly, once while an astrologer read his horoscope, he asked me if his tummy remains upset always. I said, yes, always' He suggested stop giving bhindi, arbi, dal makhani to him. We followed his tip and his problems got solved for good. Now he does take this diet but only sparingly.
