THERE IS NO WAY OUT EXCEPT TO FILE A PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION BEFORE THE HON'BLE HIGH COURT AT CHANDIGARH IF SOMEONE CAN BEAR THE TIME AND MONEY WITH ME. WE HAVE TO FORCE MCF TO WORK AND ACCOUNT FOR. EVEN COMPLAINING TO HIGHER UPS WILL NOT YIELD RESULT AS "CHOR KI SHIKAAYAT CHOR SE NAHI KI JA SAKTI" more

Thus there is no need of MCF staff if they are enjoying on the taxes paid by we people. Corporation members or the trust can take the responsibility of entire work and can get rid of these corrupt and inefficient staff. Formation of Improvement trust is good idea.... more

Why not create a new city improvement trust and manage it our self, where ratio of salaries should not be more than 7-10% of total income; and rest of income is spent on development works. In the present system taxes are going to dogs .If there is no money for development works then why such a huge staff/workforce is required to run the MCF? more

I appreciate your concern. The Public is equally responsible since no hue and cry is made.We should start a selfless Public Forum to raise such matters to get Authiorities feel their responsibility for which they are being paid. On Wed, Jun 15, 2016 at 12:32 PM, S K Virmani wrote: > more
