While the Economic situation of India is such that even articles 45, 46 & 47 , those set at public interest besides the very 51 A WERE ALLOWED TO BE SET ASIDE MAKING INDIAN CHILDREN STRIVE AND STARVE FOR MINIMUM EDUCATION OF Elementary and Intermediate , acute health requirement ; the negligence of public interest is in deed unconstitutional and unjustified .
Today also beyond a Crore worth Ganjai leaf , in May beyond five Crores of Red Sandal and Ganjai was Seized by A.P. Police AND WE & THEY DO NOT KNOW THE VOLUME THAT ESCAPED .
The Governments making India dependent and let to Foreign Businessmen , the major portion of Economic Development & Essential Activities in view of the paucity and lack of requisite Economical status while simultaneously allowing Concentration of Wealth which is against to the concept and objective of our Constitution and , also that is anti national to allow in the shape of Black Money and Black Wealth in Land and Landed Properties even against the Land Ceiling Acts . In fact , the concealed such land and landed property itself counts the total requirement of Finance by Indian Union to have Industrial Development .

As long as corrupt people are allowed to live in India freely with the help of the law in the judiciary system the crime rates will be increasing like sea waves and that there is no end. If the law is honestly punish the culprit the crime rate may decrease or it may not be possible in India. more

This week itself , a A S P of Paderu Scheduled area from where the Crores worth of Ganjai has been several times Seized , had Suicided leaving a note in which he wrote that he had been suffering from serious problems since recently and no higher authority is responsible for his such position . This also is to be thought and investigated deeply to understand the real facts of this ASP of Forest Area please . more

Sri Ranjit Biswas . How long can a country can allow . Our fathers had already taught once . We are at least like this and for this, we must be grateful even to those stood behind in lines then beaten after the leaders . This localcircles.com , at its grace or gratitude , given us this opportunity to Share , Discuss and Ask or Demand the Justice to achieve the good governance even through this present Government that has been striving and working hard while facing the opposition atrocities it its level , time and opportunity . We have to move with all once the heart and knowledge the concerned responsible bodies of the Indian Constitution to share for the better application of the Constitutional laws at least to pave a reasonably justified part to the generation . Even in our generation , we know , even after 5 additional decades independent rule , 65% Citizen are still innocently striving and about 25 to 30% starving. more

Who bothers for the Constitution and its provisions Mr Sarma? Our present policy is ' might is right' and ' show the man & see the rules'. The wealth of the nation has become family property of a few and the others have to earn their livelihood on slavery and curse these groups of dishonest. more

Every Indian citizen's life style has to be designed and developed within the parameters and nobody should be below or above it and once this is done by the government for the people of India the corruption will never stand before us. There should be below the poverty-line people and above the poverty-line people living in India should have minimum life style and one should not think of the above poverty-line life style by doing some sort of corruption in his earning and the above poverty-line people should not cross his life style in super specialty one. more
