Yes, the idea is really good. But are we really so disciplined that we all work with a belief not to do anything unusual. There are people who wants to get done the job out of the way or carry a feeling, no one will catch his false declaration. Bribe comes in picture in such situations. Every person is not greedy but there greedy people at every office. That need to be seriously looked. more

I differ with Deepakji people are not forced to take bribe but forced to give bribe especially when someone is on default .If the people are law abiding then forcing such people to pay bribe will be difficult. Thing is that law should be such which can be compiled easily by common people . more
