On-line booking of unreserved ticket , platform ticket and season ticket would reduce rush. However service charge should not be imposed like that of the reserved tickets. Gross fare for unreserved tickets should be same for both counter tickets and on-line tickets. more

Prabhu ji ..online booking of unreserved tickets and platform tickets must be allowed to reduce rush on the queues because early morning its not possible to reach desired station and take tickets as well and it will promote paperless ticketing and increase revenues more

I have been travelling the entire length and breadth of the country for over 40 years. One thing I have observed is that in south and west, trains and stations are generally clean and people hold good civic sense. If you find litters anywhere in south or west, that must have been shrewn by a non southerner or westerner. Merely blaming the railways alone does not work. It is a 50-50 matter and people have to co-operate for improving the standards. more

Eventhough we are insist the passengers to keep every thing in an order the railway also make some of the things in a proper way. In the higher classes only the toilets are cleaned and make them neat. But in the sleeper class and unreserved coaches the things are worst and nobody can do any cleaning work. The worst things in the long runing trains there is no proper water supply. There is no cleanaing work also done by the railway. Some of the persons cleaning the coach and asking the passengers for their food but nobody can believe them. So it is very difficult to travel. Make arrangements for these things.
