Some people are raising questions on Arvind himself for challenging the rigidity of our judicial systems.
These people need to introspect and decide if they want to live with the existing system or at least morally support a person who's challenging it.

कुछ लोग अरविन्द के बेल ना लेने के फैसले पर सवाल उठा रहे हैं. उनको तरह तरह की उल्हनाएं दे रहे हैं!
उन लोगों से कुछ सवाल हैं:
१. जब पुलिस वाला FIR नही लिखता तो जनता कहती है के कानून गलत है और कानून के रखवाले भी |
२. जब किसी आरोपी को सालों साल जेल नही होती तो यही जनता कहती है के न्याय प्रणाली कमज़ोर है जो न्याय नही देती |
३. अब जब की श्री नितिन गडकरी जी द्वारा एक केस दो लोगो के खिलाफ लगाया गया, एक अरविन्द और दूसरे दिग्विजय सिंह पर, तो अरविन्द को पेशी पर बुलाया और ज़मानत राशि देने को कहा गया और न ज़मा करने पर जेल, तो न्याय प्रणाली एक दम से अच्छी कैसे हो गयी?
सब जानते है की न्यायपालिका इस केस को कितना लम्बा खींच सकती है और ये भी जानते हैं की अरविन्द चाहे तो २ मिनट में बेल बांड भरकर बाहर आ भी सकते है. लेकिन लोगो की सोच को क्या हुआ?
आज भी देश में हजारों लोग सिर्फ़ इसलिए सालों से जेल में सड़ रहे हैं क्यूंकि उनके पास बेल भरने के पैसे नहीं हैं. अरविन्द ने न्यायपालिका की जड़ता का विरोध करने जैसा मज़बूत कदम उठाया है. फिर भी उनको ही दोषी बताया जा रहा है.
आपमें से जिन्होंने पुलिस और न्यायालय के चक्कर काटे हैं वो समझ सकते हैं की अरविन्द किस चीज़ के विरुद्ध खड़ा हुआ है. आज तक कितने लोगों ने ऐसी हिम्मत दिखाई है?
जब किसी ने अब ये हिम्मत दिखाई है तो कम से कम हम उसका समर्थन करके इस व्यवस्था की जड़ता को चुनौती देने में कम से कम सैद्धांतिक रूप से उसका साथ तो दे ही सकते हैं. more

There is no doubt BJP has a strong dedicated and disciplined cadre of RSS on its back. But AAP has a different USP which is required in the country. Most important is that it's volunteers are self supporting and don't expect anything from party for their day to day expences. And their is no denying the fact that many of the BJP politicians are corrupt or follow dynastic philosophy , most of the AAP volunteers join only for national cause and they are not corrupt. I feel India need both organisations for developing environment. BJP and centre and AAP in states. more

Honesty and Impulsive behavior has ended the careers of many .... Demolition man of BMC Mumbai - Mr. GR Khairnar, Dada Sawant - Union leader, Activist Medha Patkar, etc. AK is on the same course; I hope to be wrong. India requires Activists who are smart to save their skin and also achieve their views which shall definitely help the betterment of the quality of living at the lower levels close to poverty line. An Activist should have capacity to think of the next 300 days when they take up an issue or React to an issue. An Activist is not committed ..... IF works more like a Loner than shall appear to be a Loser to the spectators. A revolutionary group has a leader and a think tank. AK49 needs a group who should organise meetings and enroll members. BJP are disciplined workers and today we watched the Oath taking ceremony. Mera Bharat Mahan. more

First things First. There may be innumerable things that are wrong, becomes a loop hole and affects the country. Today it was not a priority to change the rules of a personal bond. He is not a Shiv Sainik where one has to be sure of what action is being taken. Nothing will happen and AK`s weakness is attacked and the opponent`s purposes are achieved. Now one of us should pay under protest and try to bail him out! BJP do not wish AK to be a threat in Delhi. AK to think and be sure before he talks as he is committed. In fact he should act first before committing and avoid taking impulsive decisions. Nothing is lost for now. BJP surely are more capable and preferable than Congress and we hope good times are coming for Indians. more

For changing the rigidity of our legal system, one has to be in parliament to take up the issue. By refusing to sign bond one can never change the system. In my openion it was purely an impulsive political move of AK that has led him in to Tihar jail. By taking such stupid decisions AK will only destroy AAP. more

AK is an activist by experience. He shall contribute for re-thinking of the rules of the system. J Soni is mentioning the situation / issues in the system. We support AKs stand..... but he should have paid the 10k under protest with condition of contesting / appealing for revision of this rule. He had made his point, stayed 2 days in judi-jail and if 10k was deposited; then he could made people re-think. Shrirham has clarfied the scene as well. more
