1. Stop all high flier facilities to public servants and representatives. Let them remain simple so that people too can follow them. All of them must be trained in Gandhi Ashram and not in Mussoorie/ dehradun academy or foreign country.
2. Stop source of corruption like, NAREGA, MPs/ MLAs fund etc.
3. Let the planning start from village level and refine it at SDO/ BDO level for grant or work for development. more

I fully agree with Point no: 2 & 3 for stopping corruption and to have public say in development as per their requirements more  
for last 8-10 yrs,I have saved lots of money of local trains in Mumbai by switching off PASSAGE FANS of trains when one or two-three people standing on footboard and taking fresh cool air. They did not come to know only.They were in no need of passage fans..There should be specific announcement in train asking commuters to SWITCH OFF the PASSAGE fans that are not REQUIRED by STANDING PEOPLE. more
