A 32-year-old woman has alleged that she was kidnapped and gang-raped. Autodriver helped cops to nabs culprits.
This gruesome incident has again proved that our city is still not safe.... at least in night.
So let’s understand that we need to be in safe mode-no midnight ventures without proper escorts.
I would request ladies to always keep pepper spray. This could be useful sometimes.
Auto Diver Sonu must be appreciated for his efforts and awareness that helped to nab culprits. We still have such members in society who cares for what happens to others. He could have also walked away (Like many others do) turning his head and thinking "what is it to me" however this man refused to do so and such people must always be rewarded for such bravery. As long as we have such people who keep tabs on such things, our effort to make this society better place will strengthen.
Police is again exposed for lacking in swiftness as the issue was reported in time but they were too late. Why are we always short of policemen in our country, why can we not have enough patrolling? There is one police man in 623 citizens. Thanks to this lopsided distribution, there is a weaker police presence on the roads, 45,000 police protect Delhi VIPs and office chores. We are not asking our Netas or important buildings to sacrifice their security however why can we not have enough police force? Can out Govt not think of deploying more force and fill vacancies?
As for the culprits, who have challenged the safety and security of women in capital, such cases are watched not only in the country but through entire world. I wish if this bunch could be castrated in full public view however I have full confidence in the law of land.
So for such cases we can only wait. So let's Wait but keep your eyes and ear opened. more

U have given a good example for public awareness, I will call it public awareness. We are much dependant upon POLICE. Can't we think some alternative of police? Some volanteers shall be choosen areawise & appointed and are given some of the powers of POLICE, to act immediately till POLICE reaches or to hold the culprit & hand over to police.WE HAVE TO SEEK SOME ALTERNATIVE AS WHOLLY WE CAN'T DEPEND UPON POLICE. more

i am just too sure that waiting for any more evidence would be too great a folly.....our society just does not produce males who are men enough...there are no guidelines,parameters in society to define how MAN'S STATURE is measured by what?acts of primate heroism? who is this society? how does it allow such acts to happen?did these first start in our thoughts?where is it being led from?to where?some hidden agreement must be there between men to allow my fellow organ human beings to act this way/ways...matlab how have we debased the essence of social living-the sheer/basic interaction between man and woman???what are the cords of this that either bind or repel N how/when?....what are the forces that act between 'man' and 'woman' that sets the tone of what is to follow... the dynamics of the most pious of relationships....between man and woman now stands to such acts? kuch tau hammne solid galti kare hai ya karte ja rahein hain?....i wish my fellow readers please join my voyage into the prevailing RULES of RELATIONSHIPS' that shapes more than 87% of our destiny... so,if and when we focus on the important ,the solutions that emerge will be organic and inherently ordained to potentialise the dynamics....for win-win as a natural course of life as elements of nature do...where are we lacking?were are we overdoing our intellectual success?that, by dimag and schedules, we can control and regulate human behaviour, we have succeeded immensely,but at a very severe cost to that fragile sensitive dynamics of this 'mutual attraction'...the laws of which is a pursuit that provides the route to nirvana for the relationship, interpersonal kind of people, apart from the basic man-woman theme...accha, yahan bhi ek nayi baat share karonga..... see, man is not only man, man is a bundle of male psyche in which woman psyche is also present, but to a lesser ,say to 20% extent, in some it may be more....and when there seems to be a fine balance between these hormones, we get conflicting gender role models emerging.... the early recognition of one's psyche could be the basis of education... more
