A JUDGE OF GUJARAT HIGH COURT FACES IMPEACHMENT...

A JUDGE OF THE GUJARAT HIGH COURT FACES IMPEACHMENT BY PARLIAMENT :
A Parsi high court judge made the following remarks in his recent judgement. Unfortunately our law makers are going to impeach him for this para. Let's see what he said and decide.
If I am asked by any one to name two things, which has destroyed this country or rather, has not allowed the country, to progress in the right direction, then the same is, (i) Reservation and (ii) Corruption. It is very shameful for any citizen of this country to ask for reservation after 65 years of independence. When our Constitution was framed, it was understood that the reservation would remain for a period of 10 years, but unfortunately, it has continued even after 65 years of independence. The biggest threats, today, for the country is corruption. The countrymen should rise and fight against corruption at all levels, rather than shedding blood and indulging in violence for the reservation. The reservation has only played the role of an amoeboid monster sowing seeds of discord amongst the people. The importance of merit, in any society, cannot be understated. The merit stands for a positive goal and when looked at instrumentally, stands for “rewarding those actions that are considered good”. Then, this instrumental nature of merit that should be given importance – emphasizing on and rewarding merit is a means towards achieving what is regarded as good in the society. The parody of the situation is that India must be the only country wherein some of the citizens crave to be called backward.
One has to wonder why is going to be impeached by MPs (mostly Congress MPs) . If you don't believe this news, here is the link. http://deshgujarat.com/…/58-mps-move-motion-to-impeach-guj…/
You don't have to candle march to support the judge. Just spread the word by sharing this with your friends, if you can. That's minimum we can do to keep our judiciary independent.

It is sad that all the sane voices in the country are threatened by one political party or the other for short term personal gains without giving a thought to the long term consequences of their actions for the country,it seems that an unseen curfew is being imposed on giving ones view on a subject and powerful people in this country are hell bent to silence the voices which differ from their own agenda.Such efforts should not be tolerated if democracy has to survive in this country more
The Supreme Court also specified that the Hindu once converted to Christianity and later reconverts to Hindu cannot claim or enjoy any Reservations allowed to Hindus unless the pertinent Community / Cast accepts to extend so . But , since then the Hindus though converted to Christianity or Islam , are not notifying AND , the government departments are not caring to stop Reservations to those such converted from Hindu Religion . This is not only an injustice but also a national and civic Crime . Corruption diversifying the national income , and the peoples properties & profits also do form both national and civic Crime . So, the Judge is correct and none can legally do any thing against the Judge . more
Our MPs are corrupt, they should be impeached. Why we elect corrupt people is something we need to understand more
The performance output of the legislators if promptly understood , it already proves the issue of undemocratic & non administrative methods in the legislatures and the Parliament Houses . Various suggestions and directions of different Benches of Supreme Court on the essential necessities of the people under the democracy even at the adoption of the provisions in the Constitution specifically set in the part IV AS DIRECTIVES TO RULE THE COUNTRY HAVE BEEN PURPOSEFULLY SET ASIDE AND SET OFF AT THE SELFISH INTERESTS OF THE POLITICAL PARTIES ALIGNED IN THESE LEGISLATURES . This proven attitude will even lead to any extent until the Military Forces take over at the Safety and Security of the people and the Country ; or , the people have to revolt expressly leaving off the system of Gandhian revolution . THIS IS WHY , SINCE ABOUT FOUR MONTH , MANY OF OUR PARTICIPANTS SUGGESTING FAST CHANGE IN THE SYSTEM AND EVEN THE THEN CHIEF JUSTICE OF INDIA CITED THIS NEED AFTER A MEETING WITH P.M. , all C.Ms , AND HIGH COURT JUDGES THAT OCCASIONAL JOINT MEETS OF THE EXECUTIVE AND JUDICIARY IS NECESSARY TO MEET THE PRESENT SITUATION AND TEMPOS . This is absolutely necessary besides empowering the President of India to order certain directions to all the Legislatures in Indian Union in cases of public needs and or national interest and security . more
