No body knows what it means.....Even the guys in MEA and consulate people are in contradictory suggestions......
Is there a pilot in Modi government on this subject

The information contained in this blog is not true and mis representation of the Govt policy. No one has said that OCI is valid for life and they can come and go to India for life? even an India need to renew their passport every ten years. Which Govt gives this passport for life? My daughters and their families are staying in US and UK with their nationality and no one has ever faced any problem in travelling to India so far with the PIO card. more
