A responsive feedback system:

Like an email from irctc asking for a feedback about the trip. This is done by like redbus.in and other private players. This will help us easily tell you our issues. Whether it is that the fan in so as so seat is not working or the power source not working etc etc. This is I think is the best way to keep the coaches in good condition. more  

I am not interested in rewards or recognition. But what pains me is our own people give trouble to our own , when in authority. Nuisance power is working more in GOVT organisations than utility power. I feel pain & want to stop this atleast in my capacity. more  
I experienced bad service & cold shoulder response from RAILWAY staff at NASHIK booking office on 25/1/15 at 9:30 AM. I have video of it. How & where to post it is my question. When staff understood that video is taken , they immediately improved the service. This is needed & immediate response for such vigilance must be arranged to improve service. With new govt at least RAILWAY employee are afraid , when I informed this video will be uploaded. But now I am confused, where? more  
And reward people for sharing feedback more
