A wakeup call for every democracy lover
Lok Sabha passes Finance bill amid din, without debate or vote. Business line dated 15/3/2018. Opposition has rightly said it is a black day for democracy.
But it may be bigger conspiracy by both ruling and opposition on people of India, which we are ignoring. It is nothing but fraud on constitution.
Just like the Aadhaar act was presented as money bill. The finance bill also include a retrospective amendment to FCRA 2010 applicable from the date of earlier FCRA act, which was replaced. These amendments absolve BJP and Congress, of their violation of the provisions of FCRA which is under judicial scrutiny.
This is a clear case of misuse of power to enrich at the cost of public. And breach of trust of the people who elected them to govern.
Now the Office of President has a vital role to uphold his constitutional duty.
Even Judiciary can suo moto intervene to uphold its constitutional duty to the people.
Will the people wake up to systematic plundering of democratic principles by those who are chosen by them to protect democracy. more

1.Every thing is being linked to ADHAR card. But Voter cards are not yet linked. 2.Members of legislative houses only can revise their pay no one else can revise their pay in the country. 3. Unlimited calls are allowed for less than Rs 500pm but Telephone allowance in thousands is allowed to them. 4. Give up campaign is only for the public not for them. 5. A state can be separated after switching off the cameras. 6. where the promise of the prime minister has no value. 7 There should be performance appraisal system to be eligible to contest next election. The list is end less Who is worried about Democracy where poling of votes is seldom above 50%. Those who do not vote has no right to ask questions. Holiday is given for voting But no proof is required to prove we have voted. May be we have to give optional holiday for those who want to vote others may work. more

It has been made retrospective, back to the 1970s, which is a scary thing that all criminal acts committed in the past 40 years related to FERA can be wiped off in one stroke. The legality of this should be immediately questioned. more

These politicians are only targeting their 2019 election and nothing about people. They shed crocodile tears on poor and minorities and divide and rule the country. They make ill-gotten waealth. more

Sadly there is not much cry from the media, leave the poor public, they did not bother at the time of GST, well complicated.
