Here the problem can be solved to some extend, if sensitity of the Machine is increased, so that even finger linings are feeble it will accept as finger print. While designing and testing the machine initially , they should consider this aspect also so that such problem can be managed. more  

Being a Senior Citizen myself, I have faced this problem. I agree with Mr. Saha, Government should devise a way whereby mobile connections of senior citizens can be authenticated in some other manner. The eye ball system may also not work as with age, changes do take place in eyes of senior citizens. more  

Nothing to get surprise, this is so common to aged people, Govt. should make some serious decision to give relief to senior citizen instead to making it mandatory. more  

Why don't you ask them to use the other bio metric - the eye ball. more  

This is typical of not only Aadhar but all Sarkari systems. I often wonder whether many such identities have been stolen. In any case, this proves my point. Aadhar serves no legitimate purpose. Modi is Tech-Crazy and NOT Tech-Savvy. As Aadhar, Demonetization, Geo Tagging and GM Mustard demonstrate, he is another show man who believes in Republic Day Parade, Fleet Reviews and scarecrows rather than National security or well being. My mobile was abruptly cut off by Airtel demanding that I present my Aadhar card to their retailer. This is like Income Tax Department demanding to see my Aadhar Card to accept my Tax Returns to be filed against a PAN Card issued by them in 1992. All this while the validity of Aadhar remains sub-judice in the Supreme Court! Apart from Bangladeshis, Pakistanis and Rohingyas with Aadhar Cards, I am sure every Mosque and Maddrassa must have accumulated multiple Aadhar Cards with identical “bio metrics” submitted in different places. As some Moslem working for IBM would have told them, given current technology availability, it will take upto 300 years to isolate identical bio metrics out of some two billion entries. (Exactly, there will be more Aadhar cards issued than India’s population. This stands to reason), Unless by some extraordinary fluke or stroke of good luck, there are a couple of lucky hits by accident during random number matching. Which will still leave millions undetected! Corruption cannot be tackled with Aadhar, demonetization or GeoTagging. The corrupt are not being prosecuted. Instead citizens are being harassed. Indian corruption is barefoot grass roots corruption. The Tehsildar, the Police Constable, the Lower Division Clerk, the Peon, the Vehicle Inspector. the Judge, the Magistrate. the Income Tax Officer. Together, the daily aggregate of all this will exceed any one UPA scam, Bribe giving remains a crime while bribe taking has not been re defined as extortion and treason with commensurate retributive punishment for crimes since 1947 Nilekani sold Aadhar to Khangress. Like all failed Khangress policies beginning with the Constitution Modi Sarkar championed it as it appealed to its High-Tech Saffron aspirations. It then began to find a justification (use) for it. If direct credit of benefits is the issue, Unique Bank Accounts were needed. If ID is an issue, Voter’s ID would have sufficed. They do not work? Why? Corruption and incompetence. Modi Sarkar refuses to address this issue in order to pamper the Seventh Pay Commission beneficiaries whom it continues to depend on and who really own and operate the Indian State. Like the Khangress. Modi Sarkar has, deliberately built a fear psychosis to herd citizens to give up their privacy and take an ID card by all means, including contempt of the Supreme Court by circumventing it’s stay.
