AAP is opposting ban on stubble burning in punjab
On one hand CM Delhi is saying Punjab farmers stubble burning is cause of pollution in Delhi and saying Amrinder ji, lets meet this and that.
Om other hand his AAP Punjab leader Sukhpal Singh Khaira is threatning punjab govt saying pay 5000 rs per acre subsidy to farmers or we will burn stubble.

Health issues are of grave concern, be it due to pileup of garbage or airborne disease it not a good sign. Now add to it air pollution due to various factors like fume emission from vehicles, smoke from factories & stubble burning by farmer's. An immediate solution should be implemented to avoid further detoriation, saving the endangered lives of the common man. more

Farmers are already in dire straits and if they are to incur costs of disposal of the stubble other than through burning they will be hard put to it. If not Rs.5,000/- per acre, whatever the costs of disposal of the stubble otherwise than through burning may be met by the Governments of Delhi and Punjab more
