Abolish Taxes because you aren’t delivering services to people

If India abolishes taxes:

(1) People would get money in hand to buy critical things like Air Purifiers
(2) More foreign businesses would come. And, make India their base (this will increase competition)
& improve your services
(3) Government will run out of money for freebies and statue building.

Corruption will come down massively, as there will be less government money to be spent.

And, will focus on creating its own revenue streams. And, would run like a business.

Yes, yes, I understand that there are many loopholes in this argument.

But, if after paying taxes:
- You are purifying your own air & ordering water tankers
- Putting your own generator for electricity
- And, hiring your own security guards for safety

Then you also need to question: what's the point of the existing high tax economy? more

It is the tax reform and spending cuts in the government is what needed. The perks the government employees and elected officials gat need to be looked at. We need to make sure the elected officials and government employees know that regular taxpayers paying for them and they are not ruling us like the " angraze sahib. more
If tax payment is stopped, who will fund the luxuries of MPs n MLAs including ex ones. So is the case with govt employees and other fixed monthly expenses. All State governments will become bank within 1-3 weeks. , more
Absolutely right. We are compelled to pay tax heavily on every expenditure including food and other essential items. Unfortunately, we are not able to stay in a comfort zone. Living safely or getting quality service are now distant dream. Govt. is in no mood to talk or taking any responsibility for such mess. more
If freebies are stopped, if several benefits offeredvto politicians are stopped. Concesdions enjoyed by various catagories, despite, they being flithy rich, and with collection of GST, salaried people can have little financial relief. more
