About Change of Name process
I would like to know about the name change process. My sirname was wrong across all my edu. certificates like Ramesh Bollina instead Ramesh Bollineni. If I change it now, Do i need write Ramesh Bollineni alias Ramesh Bollina? or I can write like Ramesh Bollineni? Also Please tell me the process for change of Name.

Firstly,even if you change your title for getting benefits from government,you have to produce caste certificate,which is issued by local administrative body,which verify the fact on some local facts & references,where the authority will come to know the descrepancy and will be rejected.There is also provision of harsh punishment for providing wrong information about caste/creed or name in any government institute.Its not easy to get away,once this brought to the notice of authority. Secondly,in your brother's case its a social & law & order issue.You have to register murder case & proceed against the culprit. more

What type of legal action should be taken, for people and caste who changes title ,Surname, at their own wish just to hide their own identity, and mimick others identity wear mask, to hide their face, and try to cheat other castes to own the property and job, this has happened with me at my house, i am brahmin, some people without any ones permission how one can change the title of their own from Singh to laik, or singh to samanta, what iidentified, is that they are bhumiar. what action or justifcation should be taken such type of caste, who divert other castes, this is very bad habit in India, in this way people face terrorism, terroist grows and harm and kill, like my Brother is killed in such conspiracy, he was brahmin and surrounded by Bhumiar. he was doing job at Eastern coal field limited.In this way this castes was demoralising me, and tried to harm me in many ways. i want reply for this to stop in the country, even this is happening at shaadi.com. more

You have to make an affid-avit from notorary and then you have to issue self declaration in newspapers(1 in national enlish daily & 1 in regional daily),keep the paper cuts for future reference.Thats all. in school certificates you can get it corrected,showing above documents.So,hope problem will be solved for you. more

TAKE YOUR BIRTH/ SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE TO NOTORY ASK THEM TO CHANGE NAME AS YOU WISH ON RS.20.00 STAMP PAPER GET IT NOTORISED THEN GO TO NEWSPAPER ADV AGENCY GIVE HIM COPY OF THE NOTORISED DOCUMENTS AND ASK HIM TO GIVE ADVT IN TWO LOCAL NEWS PAPERS ONE IN LOCAL LANGUAGE AND ONE IN ENGLISH HE WILL DO IT AS THEY HAVE EXPERIENCE OF SUCH ADVT.
