about mt PF settlement

Hi, I was working in a Pvt firm,where after my resignation from that company i applied for PF settlement through offline where it was not settled for a long time,so i again requested through online where status showing settled in Form 19 and Form10,but i have not received any settlement amount to my bank till now(it is showing settled in 28th Feburary 2018)
Please suggest me what i can do next in this process. more

Hi, You have take a screen shot of your online application with relevant support documents such as DOJ and DOL of the organisation. Last drawn salary slip with PF number and UAN number. Bank Passbook statement from the date of application to till date.(to verify the credit of PF department has been done or not) Screen shot of online payment details received from PF department. Take all these xerox copies and meet concern PF office clerk ask them the details of the payment effected. Sometime there is a chances of return of the amount back to PF office due to some bank account number or account not in live reasons. Find exactly what has happened and enact accordingly. Please wait for few more days. Although the satus shows having settled, in some cases remittance gets delayed, as was in my case. more
