Action on LPG prices

This Govt acts on most things that LocalCircles Manager takes up for survey.. though they act at their own pace

Indian Government today Decided to Cut the Price of 14 KG LPG Cylinder by ₹200

New Price To be Effective from Midnight

• General Consumers - ₹900
• Ujjwala Consumers - ₹700
This is Expected to More Than ₹7,680 Crore to Exchequer in FY24

We should get LC Manager to escalate more things to them more

Why to feel it a big surprise now? It's a ploy to make the people fool again. Was Govt. sleeping well since last couple of years when market price was fallen? It's an attempt to consolidate vote bank. Consumers had already put the cylinder in dark room. No. of beneficiaries need to be recounted instead of quoting such big figure. more
This is not Rakhi gift but as a prelude gift for the ensuing election. Many more to follow as Lok Sabha election is 8 months away. we need not be surprised, should the senior concession in rail ticket, atleast for women, is restored. we can expect many more freebies towards BPL citizens & more towards women to tap votes. Vote bank is utmost important for all politicians at this juncture. Of course, ruling party has an edge to be more liberal as it has the key. Impact can be seen in the full budget soon after the election. Election commission and supreme court will be, as usual, sitting as mute puppets. Criminals will thrive on. more
no question of additional tax. previously we found during "COVID" there was no tax increment. i think it is all due to some % drop in corruption. more
