ACTION PLAN FOR CASHLESS PAYMENTS
As per prevailing practice the customer opting for cashless payment is charged extra up to 2% by the Agency handling the transaction for the Beneficiary. This charge of 2% on payments made by credit card and debit card, is forcing customers to make cash payment.
Therefore in order to move away from cash payments the service charges of Agency providing the online payment facility should be paid by the Beneficiary. If required Government may enact a law for this purpose to make our country Digital India where one could make all types of payments for goods and services online or by swiping the card or through mobile phone. more

No action plan will work as far as lack of awareness in the people. Culprits always raise the benefits through loopholes. The hedge itself swallows the mellons. The policy makers suggest the culprits to make out the ways. more

The Agency handling the transaction or the GOI is to bare these charges since the Service Charges are already in course of collection through different issues . This is necessary to take the issue of Cashless Transactions to its success in the course of arresting Corruption and the connected gains . more
