In my locality where I reside it is a posh locality where peoples from all walks of life reside but due to unawareness and aloofness dumping of the garbage in around the roads instead of dumping it into the garbage pits being deployed at some points. I can say with conviction that people as they are nurtured , the kind of education , their social status irrespective of their present status don't try to initiate adopting manners and due to their rigid behaviour are behaving like illiterate persons that one can find its prevalance in the this state of Uttar Pradesh. more
