Actions on Ticketing Issues raised by Citizens

Almost all the time upper berths are allotted to senior citizens even though lower berths are selected as preferred option. To avoid such harassment, while booking tickets online preferential/seat/berths chart should appear on screen while booking tickets.
Lower berths should be reserved only for senior citizens and ladies above age of 40 yrs./ disabled.
Railway staff travelling tho passes should not be given any preference on reservation/lower berths. more

Are Indian women passed their best and in need of assistance by the age of 40?, I think it's insulting to Indian women to suggest they need a lower berth at 40 years old. more
