Activate ministers and bureaucrats
I share what I shared in Delhi circle earlier today. Every member of local circle in this circle should become active and share this with their chief minister and minister and ask them why are they not hands on like this. Are they corrupt and getting cut. If not, why are they not acting??

One of the great shortcomings of the present day administration (whether ministers or politicians) is the lack of honest intent for his job - and hence, the lack of intent of periodic/routine inspection/supervision. Surprise check is an essential pillar of evaluation. One may find visit/inspection by big bosses are like conducted tours, itinerary are prepared by the sub-ordinates. Subordinates are busy in keeping him (incl. the mem-shahib or madam, if accompanying and entourage associates, if any)happy by offering best of lunch/dinner/snacks as also marketing/ safaris etc. Thus, inspections are examinations - for which the question papers are being set by the examinee him/herself . Quite a few literatures are available, which shows that during pre-independence era, the District Magistrates/Collectors used to put their camps(temporary office as also residence),in remote parts of the district headquarters so as to gather 1st hand/on-spot information. How many peoples' representative in the independent era visits such remote parts? more

REMOVE BUREAUCRACY. Bureaucrats are parasites. There's special place reserved for them worst than hell. more

For proper functioning of a machine or system every constituent components need to perform appropriately. If even a smaller one starts malfunctioning the whole machine or system will not give desirable performance. The same principle applies in the functioning of Govt./Administration also. To my mind, there is only one need that everyone must realize his/her duties instead blame game. more

it was agood initiative but it should be continued till a common man is not satisfied or a common is given his rights.. more

The employees observe vigilance awareness week every year and take pledge to eradicate corruption. But in reality no improvement in the attitude. It is waste of time and energy. more
