Dear Asokji, Dnt u see e-riksaws plying again from d very next day of AAP landslide victory. Dnt u read news papers poll promises on Bijli Paani 2 b effective frm 1st March. On inquiring frm vendors, they r saying police men r nt taking hafta/bribe any more and they r relieved. AAP ka manifesto thaa, "JUMLA" neehee. Sir, "BJP/Modi ka kaala chasma utariya, saab najaar aaega, Kashmir CM(PDP) ka chehera vee najar aaigga .......kaise terrorist jail se chhor raaha hai, Modi/BJP ko dikha dikha kee." Ashok ji! I hope you notice, none of the daily activities of the Delhi government are being covered by media, except the issues within the AAP party. You must be aware, AAP has a good ground force which is always active. Have faith, the slow and steady progress in Delhi will someday surprise you. Not to repeat the last time situation, this time all reforms and actions will have a solid preparation. more

There is not any action is seen by the AAP government this time last time they extremely active to deliver all thing like corruption or public services, this time they think we have five year time this is not good. The people of delhi give them unexpected mandate for improvement in hospital school etc. but sorry to say they are not doing positively this time. more

In my opinion, it is difficult to eradicate corruption because top bureaucrats sitting on the top post are corrupt. their way of corruption is different. They entrusted such job to their junior officer. Junior Officer keep touts to collect bribe amount and they equally divide the amount so collected. I have seen in one case. To obtain a NOC for executing Sale Deed. The bribe amount go as follows starting from Patwari takes Rs 1000/- in each case. The Kanungo his share of booty is Rs 2,500/-, Tehsildar takes the share Rs 3,500/- in each case he signed. Then come to the last leg, PA to DC his share for issuing the NOC is Rs 10,000/-. Balance of Rs 25,000/- goes in the hand of tout. This is against a nominal Government fee of Rs 100/-. The Government has to take very strict action and the vigilance department has to be activate for the purpose to go into the deep root of corruption. Ram Yadav more
