Addressing Gangrapes - Inputs Sought
Rarely do a few weeks pass by that we do not hear of the horrific act of gangrape in India. Most of us read about the latest one in Bulandshahar, UP.
With this post we would like to seek your specific inputs on exactly what should be done by Central Govt, State Govt, Local Administration and Citizens to minimize incidents of gangrapes in India.
It is painful just to read about such incidents. Only the women who go through know the trauma and real pain.
