Addressing the Skill Gap - Inputs Needed on Solutions
1.Education for children (1-10 std) should be more of activities which stimulates the brain.
2.Understand the children's interests and encourage them to study that particular subject activity.
3.Some children have higher grasping power in practical work.
4.So there should be different type of education for children.
5. Once admitted the teachers should test the child's aptitude test in every area and then grade the child under what category the child can study.
6.All category should have equal status in the society. So that the child should not feel inferior when compared to another child.
7.Sports also should be given prominent so that the child who is very good in sports can start at the early age.
8.There are many personalities who are good example in the world whose names can be used to encourage the parents and the children.
9.Only theory subjects doesn't explore the brains of the child as they by-heart the answers for the exam.
