Addressing TTE Corruotion
It has been noticed that Passanger pays 50% of fare to TTE to travel without ticket.
In my opinion if GOVT.reduce the salary of TTE and pay 50% of the fare/penalty collected to The TTE concerned as bonus/reward for good work.
In this way railway will earn at least 50 plus % revenue and gain confidence/discipline/honesty of their staff. more

I think throwing out the train is not the solution.Some times happens sleeper coches are empty while the general coach are too much crowded. TTE should cut the chalan for every person who has boared in sleeper coach while he/she is having the general ticket. more

if found guilty such TTEs should be thrown out first. They can not indulge in such ways. more

TTE has to ensure that no person enters reservation coach without RAC or reserve ticket. TTE should stand on platform wherever train halts so that unreserve passenger can do enquiry about availability of reservation without entering reserve coach. They can enter only if seat is available. Moreover reserve passengers should have facility to inform railway about persons without reserve ticket by SMS so that railway police of next station will remove such persons from reserve coach. more
