It is mainly due to the corruption - widely spread. Even after four years hardly any ray of hope. Even the Then PM accepted the fact openly. Simple example is Rs. 60,000 cros spend for "Adivasi upliftment" in a state, but every year thousands children's and infants of "Adivasi" die due to malnutrition. It is everywhere, in all walks of life. more

1. All those using any Government Subsidies, Subsidized products, monitory concessions, Grants, Interest Free/ Low interest Loans, Relief Funds, Pensions etc., need to be link their Bank Accounts to Aadhar Cards to identify and locate the misuses and misappropriation that has been existing to curb such. 2. All Accounts of the Banks that are lending the savings of Public are to be linked with Aadhar Cards to prevent misuse of Funds through improper writing off under Bad and Doubtful Debts and is necessary to save public savings, finances and also keep the Banks strengthen their status . 3. All Accounts of the Nationalized Banks also to be linked with Aadhar Card to eradicate misuse of above notified in point 2 and, to save misuse of National Funds and Finances . 4. Linking of Aadhar Card to Voter ID/ Voter List will arrest misuse of Voting through many forms of Rigging while linking the I.T. PAN CARD serves both-way purposes of identification as well as control Concealed Wealth against the laws in force at at 2014 that still serve the purpose of Ceiling limits . 5. Linking of Aadhar Card to Mobile Phones will help to fast identify and locate the persons misuse in the issues and manner listed in 1 to 4 above. SUPREME COURT, BEING THE RESPONSIBLE BODY OF THE CONSTITUTION FOR MAINTAINING uncorrupted, decent, fair and true usage of National Finances, Income as well as public savings and Funds NEED TO MANDATE AADHAR CARD IMPLEMENTATION IN WHOLE OF THE INDIAN TERRITORY . more
