Adhar Linking

I am very frequent Train Traveller. I have been booking my tickets thru IRCTC almost since IRCTC came into existance.
I have linked my Adhar with IRCTC as was required right when this requirement became mandatory. All these days I have had no problems or issues relating to Ticket Bookings.
However, of late everytime I try to make a Booking a new Window opens up saying "At least One Passenger Adhar has to be linked"
I wonder why it is so when I have already linked Adhar.
In order to go thru my Bookings without any hassle, I tried to re-link the Adhar, when I get a comment that "Adhar is already linked"
I took up this matter by sending an Email to care@irctc.com. No doubt I received a reply, but the reply was useless, as the procedure for linking Adhar was detailed in the reply rather than addressing my issue.
I have now been unable to Book Tickets thru IRCTC over the last One month. I am forced to use a different Registered user for this purpose. more

There are lots of complaints regarding IRCTC new web site. Railway should look into the matter and make the web site in real sense 'User friendly'. Is Railway/IRCTC waiting for a Court Case or some Political interference. more
Railways should immediately replace the website with a most user friendly one duly designed by competent people without too much loads of ads. more
Out of these 26 comments posted for the Resource post , Not one has appreciated the wessight . WHAT IS THE POINT IN CONTINUING WITH THIS . IT SHOULD BE CONSUMER FRIENDLY AND NOT A REGULAR ROUTINE FOR THE IRCTC BOOKING STAFF . A CUSTOMER CARE CAN NEVER SURVIVE WITH STANDARD AND AUTOMATED REPLY . THIS IS A CLEAR INDICATOR THAT INCOMPETENT INADEQUATELY TRAINED AND QUALIFIED STAFF HAVE BEEN APPOINTED ON SOME BASIS NOT TRANSPARENT . more
The new website is full of bugs. Don't know who git the contract to make this new website. Deems to have been made by amateurs. Wonder how they were selected and who made how much to select this web designers. more
I am also facing the same problem day before yesterday, I could not book a Tatkal Ticket on the same grounds. Further , when Honorable Supreme Court has banned the use of Aadhar for any purpose other than DBT on what grounds IRCTC is asking for Aadhar ?. Isn't it contempt of court. more
