It is now having only one way communication. Only make announcements of there own for publicity only. They don't have time to see mail and answer to subscribers problem so keep mum, a best policy for there inefficient functioning.

I feel these are exceptional cases, otherwise I noticed disbursal of PF dues within reasonable time in 99% cases. After completion of KYC formalities with Aadhar and allotment of UAN, respons time has reduced significantly. Nonethless, digitisation of records from 1974 is a big question mark. In fact last year Supreme Court gave a ruling for full pension for those who are covered by EPF Act 1971 as duly amended in 1985 followed by in 1995 and then in 2014 which orginally stipulated a cap on the salary for pension contribution. This is utter confusing and whether it is implemetable as thousands of employees retired prior after these years, if a person is willing to contribute now for the uncapped portion of the salary, who has records to calculate and award pension. I don't think neither the employer not the PF office. So what is the benefit of such ruling. Will the Supreme Court or the government answer ? more

The Government babus' are still working as if they are working for British Masters or Congress family.
They don't want to realise that their salary is coming from the members of Provident Fund
This is effect of secular education, where they are not even scared of God and don't want to do their duty honestly or sincerely.
I was staff of provident fund contributing companies in 1974-79 and again from 1986-91
In 1979 and 1991, I was told I will get pension when I turn 60/65 -
- now I am 67, I am scared of even visiting EPF office for help, despite digitisation.
I am not even sure, if they digitised their records for 1974-1979 and 1986-91
I will be glad to receive response form EPF, more
