Due to intense use of pesticides in the farming sector, most of the food grains, vegetables and fruits contains toxic materials in traces. Slowly these chemicals are entering in our body and impacting our health. We find more and more cancer cases in our city hospitals. This is due to exorbitant use of pesticides. These pesticides are to be used in certain amount per acre basis, but the innocent/uneducated farmer uses it in abundant quantity. Unconsumed pesticide enter the plant and later grain/fruit/vegetable further leading to cancer in our body. We have to avoid taking unwashed fruit, vegetables and grains. We can keep the vegetables/fruits in salt water before eating/coooking. Purchase grains and get it washed with the help of maid. Dry it for a day and get it ground. Atleast by taking these precautions, I believe your life will be little longer. more

Merchants and Agencies not at all caring Orders of High Court and, the government warnings and Raids. Penalty shall be imprisonment too to arrest this Health ruining Chemical application . more

Kudos to the study.At least the GHMC can identify the vegetable growing areas on nalas,and tanks feeding them .Uppal area and Moosi river beds are seen by all. If FSsAi can prohibit growing fresh vegetables with the help of GHMC it will help at least 10% of problem of food contamination.Rest by agriculture department to do the rest. more
