Advise require to get payment
We are providing tiffin services in Greater Noida to the corporate. One of the company has not been making payment to us for the last 3 months for the services they consumed.
However, to avoid more revenue leakage...we have stopped sending them tiffins. Our team have been following them continuously for the payment, but not result so far. We have also sent two reminders through Speed post along with mails and multiple calls. Their people are always giving excuses and also not allowing us to meet their management/directors.
Advise how to approach them under judiciary for getting our payment. more

Easy nd simple way is to first build proper record of contract of supply, duly signed, copies of bills sent nd ack received, their reply if any, copies of followup action for recovery of bills, try to personally go without apptt nd meet their head alongwith a witness. If these steps fail, give 15 days legal notice from a advocate, thereafter file a regular suit in civil court. If bills are acknowledged other option is go for summary trial by way of civil writ in Delhi HC. Else file an FIR with police with all supporting records can also be filed more

You have an order copy.You have your bill copies.Send first legal notice and approch a magistrate from consumer court/or file an FIR and go to the court. more

When you are posting something, you should have the courage to name the company so that other suppliers become cautious. This will help to black list the defaulting company. more
