The attached advisory has been issued to all private hospitals in Delhi. All of you are welcome to save it in mobile phone/print a copy and carry with you when going for medical treatments in private hospitals in Delhi.

Yes, I too think that absence of punitive action(s) makes it a toothless circular which is more of a complying formality and less of a reflection of any firm resolve of the Govt to reduce the well-known menace. these senior govt doctors and PROFESSORS will take ILLEGAL GRATIFICATION from junior doctors by saying throw a party and if u don't do so they will HARASS U AND EXPLOIT U.these senior govt doctors are always on lookout for GULLIBLE JNUIOR DOCTORS and EXPLOIT THEM.ACCORDING TO LAW THESE ILLEGAL GRATIFICATIONS ARE A MISCONDUCT AND POLICE DOESNOT DO ANYHTING ABOUT IT,their is no regulation to control them or BRING THEM TO TASK.DR ANIL CHOWDHARY, DR ANAND JAISWAL, DR JN BANWALIKAR AND PROFESSOR VK ARORA ARE ALL CORRUPT IN TB HOSPITAL , MEHRAULI. AND TB HOSPITAL , KINGSWAY CAMP.KINDLY CHECK THESE DOCTORS FROM EXPLOITING AND HARRASSING JUNIOR DOCTORS.PROFESSORS WILL FAIL U IN MEDICAL COLLEGES AND WILL NOT GIVE U DEGREE IF U DO NOT BRIBE THEM.STUDENT CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT.they have to BRIBE THE PROFESSORS.PROFESSORS ARE THE ONES WHO R DOING CORRUPT PRACTICES IN MD AND DNB EXAMS .THEY R ALL DOING HANKY AND PANKY. more

to get a job in these TB hospitals first these doctors will tell u to telephone them by some influential person, then if they give u the job, they will say to thank them , this sort of nexus exists and then u being gullible will be forced to give so called gifts to everyone in the nexus which are actually bribes for doctors.if u will not give them so called gifts and bribes in government they will see to it that u r harrassed in their hospitals.they will humiliate and harrass u .isn't this corruption.they will abuse u in medical language and justify by saying that u have to be aggressive.this is the nexus going on these government hospitals in delhi and these TB HOSPITALS are MOST CORRUPT.junior doctors have to work like servants and bring ration of these senior doctors .isn't this CORRUPTION. dr anand jaiswal abused me when i was working in TB hospital , mehrauli and didnot offer him sweets and he became aggressive and abused me in medical parlance .they r so clever and cunning.they will not do so directly but through their clerks.but they all are corrupt and want bribes.their is no ETHICS IN MEDICINE and no HONESTY.these govt doctors are most corrupt. DIWALI is another occassion when these BRIBES HAVE TO GIVEN TO THESE DOCTORS.else they will not give u extension and HARRASS U.all sorts of CORRUPT PRACTICES ARE THEIR IN GOVERNMENT HOSPITALS. more

Please check the salary slips of doctors of Pvt. hospitals and audit should be done by IMA whether any wrong payments by cheque/voucher/gifts are done in voilation of this order. See there are some lootera doctors and hospitals but audit their income mandatorily. Together we can bring them to task. more
