Advocate misusing his knowledge of law & making life of my family horrible
A Advocate practicing at Delhi through a criminal complaint case in
the year 2017, got an FIR registered ( On November 2018) against my son at Tis Hazari Court.
Dates mentioned on complaints are of year
1. Year 2013 without dates where he is saying that my son was taking photographs of his mother and sister and latter on he withdraw his complaint.
2. year 2015 , date 30 October , complaint to police that that his mother is beaten by my son on night (10-1030pm) before i.e on 29 October 2015, his mother asked for help but nobody came for help near sanatan Dharam Mandir. Infact my son on this mention week was not at Delhi and has gone to a relatives place at U.P. and here no followup is shown by advocate for his mother complaint to police .
3. Year 2017 in October advocate again write letter to CP of delhi police by speed post & informing that my son has not mend his ways and Delhi Police is not taking any action against my son.
and from 2016 my son is not living at Delhi.
I O came & told us about FIR & told to get Bail. i told I O that my son is not living with us and not at Delhi but I O insists on bail.
Please advice what to do? more

File the complain and case against advocate and go to the advocates council for cancel his license, so he can't do practice more

Good theoretical suggestion. Will the advocate's council take action against one of its own gang member. I very much doubt. How many advocates have been debarred by the Bar Councils on a complaint by a commoner? I haven't heard any. There is no way out except to fight out your case in the court as per advice of a reputed lawyer. more

write a complaint to bar council of India. Write a complaint to Chief Justice of India. write a complain to Delhi pOlice Commissioner detailing all incedents more

Yes,Follow with a counter complaint to the CP.,of your area from your side.Ask your son to ask for an advocate,and also file a complaint about the layer.
There could be several reasons why he is following your son[if he is only son-and that advocate is some way coverning some one].
Use an investigative agency to know hwy and what is making that person to file such complaints. more
