advt in leading newspapers across india a few days ago
two days back there was a quarter page advt.in many leading newspapers across india by a company called Landomus Usa.the company said that it would invest equity of usd 500billion,in phase 1, in indias NIP and non-NIP projects and also promised to make the country pandemic free.so they sought an appointment from the honourable PM. that very day,when certain institutions investigated the co.it was found that they had just 19 employeed and their reported t/o last year was usd 5million.they were also registered in bengaluru,but when people visited the regd office address there was no such co.the advt was released by one mr pradeep kumar,in his capacity as chairman of landomus.
the co. would have spent almost Rs50L in releasing this kind of quarter page ad in leading newspapers.
strangely there has been no further info nor enquiry into who is behind this advt. because the whole issue is quite intriguing.can someone investigate? more

Media houses should also check the credentials of all those who give this type of ads. I have also seen that and was a bit confused about their anticipated achievements. more

All advertisements related to financial investments, product launching, property development and real estate, gold loans and all other risk related ads should carry respective ministry approval confirming correctness of all such advertisements. This is essential because all advertising new papers are not liable for any kind Freud or full filment or honoring commitments ,as news paper companies are only interested in business. This message is very useful and essentially spreading awareness for obtaining clarity with regards to all areas referred in this post. This is my technical and legal view and without prejudice. more
