Why are non-favorable news not published esp. when purchased favorable comments are aplenty?
After knowing, with evidence, that - esp. after the conviction arrest and jail for its leaders - Samsung smartphones quality has not only deteriorated but its service is shot to smithereens. The GALAXY is a disaster! Email me if you want evidence, ok? more

Dear Mr Stephen I believe you have misunderstood a crucial fact. I am certainly not referring to Politicians, corrupt or not, Leader or not. I further clarify to you that I had stated that after the conviction and arrest of Samsung’s leaders incl. its Chairman, Samsung’s famed quality and service standards have deteriorated, certainly related to the upheaval in Samsung around 2015-2017. And, yes, you are right. Everyone should choose a Leader more wisely than a mobile phone; coz I can throw the phone away. Regards more

Dear Mr Mohapatra You would not be surprised to observe that God may not wish to esp. as Samsung has enough power influence and finances to get away with many fallibilities. Owing to its past quality and service, it is difficult for people to believe that Samsung and almost all of us are not infallible. Regards more

Mr Nair, You are so right in your valuable observation re. taking the issue to court. In fact, that is precisely what I intend to do once the pandemic is under control in my city (meanwhile a legal notice has been sent to Samsung India and Korea). I am not going to leave the issue to the heavens or Local Circles alone. That brings me to the reason why go to social media at all? Simple enough: to ensure that people are aware that Samsung is not infallible and better to be forewarned by an actual sufferer. Remember the Father of our Nation, Mahatma Gandhi did advise, Silence becomes cowardice when occasion demands speaking out the whole truth and acting accordingly. To do (karm) is desirable, the fruit is not. Now, coming to why I preferred a Samsung product? Reason is simple (and you are allowed to ask such a question only owing to the complaint of bad quality against Samsung on this occasion). The smartphone as well as the TV, both Samsung, under complaint were bought just around/after the arrest of Samsung leaders and why I stated so earlier. Why? Because, I too like most people incl you was under the impression that Samsung is infallible. By the way, pardon my query which may sound rude but is genuine: Why do you protest a complaint against Samsung at all? Im sure Samsung does not pay you to get your support. more
