Against vijay sales cheating
I purchased a led tv ЁЯУ║ from vijay sales dilshad garden shahdara delhi of videocon company with three years comprehensive warranty I purchased it 29-10-2017 but vijay sales not issued me invoice till date due to some discrepancies my led tvs mother board shorts and tv stop working than i approach videocon company to repair my tv under warranty but company refused to repair because schemes closed 31-10-2017 and vijay sales issued me invoice on 05-11-2017 vijay sales is a cheater company so if you purchased any goods from it than check all documents carefully and collect invoice immediately more

Mr Rishi. You shouldn't have paid to Vijay Sales without having an invoice/ payment receipt on the date of your payment. If it was only booking of TV and payment and the delivery is done later on along with Invoice then delivery date is the date of sale...... more

invoice is a must when a sale is done but another major problem is the govt n the centre is just not bothered they just wanted votes/ power etc ? who does one go to ? and why should customer always prove each and everything? where are the acche din ? more

One should collect Invoice at the time of Sale itself -It is a must for all purchased at least for Consumer durables where after sales services are also required more
