Making parents of Male Rapists also equally responsible ; etc., will address in a positive and shared atmosphere . more  

1. None can address about the victim of the Rape for any form of justice if we really think and understand the meaning and value of justice . 2. This is why and since the increasing issue of Rape has become more anti social , the Authorities opted to secrecy maintenance of the Victim and hers is the absolute mistake . Really the parents of Nirbhaya purposefully declared the name of their daughter as " JYOTHI " . Every body know that secrecy is always dangerous which cause for a daring repentance by the culprits . 3. The Authorities opted silence in prosecuting such crimes which are not only anti social but also inhuman and needs spot punishment particularly in order to stop the further occurrences . 4. Only stringent law operation can address the issues of such crimes of Rape and Murder where there is no remedial compensation or redress of justice . 5. Every governing Body in the Government of India knowingly carried the set aside of stringent and promptly suitable volume of punishment on such Crimes since they are already in the accustomed path of Corruption and concealed wealth concentration against various laws . 6. Since the Judiciary is also to direct only as per the laws and that too only depending on the matters and proofs presented by the concerned law & order departments of these governments , there will be not justice in deed with the requisite justice and compensation in cases of Rape and Murders . 7. Unless the laws are stringent and promptly enforced , no country can view a good future . 8. Here , as an individual and as I have seen and heard through T. V. Channels some incidents where the public gathering pelted stones etc., etc., and made the culprit to die purposefully keeping the police only as the Viewers and in all such cases , there have been not cases , arrests and these places / Towns have not seen a further case of Rape or , Acid through . 9. The provisions of self defence in cases Killers have some Justice awarded but , in cases of Rapes , it is very much impossible AND HENCE ONLY STRINGENT AND FAST i.e., PUNISHMENT WITHIN ONE MONTH BECOMES A MUST and is impossible in our Country due to the velocity of the law and Justice WHERE ONLY THE MARSHAL LAW CAN ADDRESS THESE SUCH TWO CRIMES i.e., THE RAPE AND THE MURDER . more  

Sir, i really respect your knowledge n faith / trust in our honourable law n justice.. But hv u ever thought abt the victim of rape and their family?? Always they hv ro live a life of ignorance. As if they themselves has done aything wrong n they are the criminals insted of victim.. Has anybody ever imagine that wht would have happen if in the place of that victim our littile daughter would be there.. Then i think we would hv not not wait for the law or may be we would hv thought that this whole procedure is so lengthy that we can not expect anyhing frm this soc.. Indians since ancient time that none in the world know , had notified and confirmed the age of 14 to treat Children ; and the same was then honoured by the constitution makers specifying the age of 14 in the constitutional article 45 . The weightage given specifically to Children under part III and even part IV and separately under 51 A have specific purpose that all the countries in the world from the recent Era even , accepted and started special concentration and acute implication too .
