created multiple duplicate user ID's & with the help of special software they book their tickets before any common & genuine user can even log in. I think all such user ID's should be checked for their genuinity. I myself had such experience when I try to book ticket online for tatkal tickets. Even ticket counter clerks who book tickets said they are helpless for it. They said that they have less work during these days. I am worried for their future. When I approached an agent he got me confirmed tatkal tickets by charging extra amount for it. more
