as shown in tv a software named new china is being used to grab tatkal tickets within first 30 seconds of tatkal opening with 1 click. This circle helped Railways catch the tout booking scam on regular tickets. We should also help them plug this leak. If anyone has experience with an agent who promises to get you a tatkal ticket through setting, please come out in open. Please dont delete my post. We are trying to help railways. more

when this practice is known and common, the Rly. Minister himself should look into it as it is very serious, sensitive and alarmng issue for the largest public setor undertaking in the country. there is no point in aspiring for mahasatta etc.when such issues are allowed to continue. more

It happened with me also, agents are accepting as they are using such software which helps them to book tickets in faster way and they booked for one of my friend, I tried to book ticket via internet more than two times, but didn't succeed, as I have travel I have to approach agent to get ticket. I request ministry of railway to take necessary action to disable/block this software immediately. more

Many agents have got blank letter heads duly signed by MPs and they use these letter heads on regular basis to get berths confirmed from EQ. Issuing authorities can not bypass a request being made on letter heads of MP. more

yes i have seen in major trains in is happening. another issue is when there is a severe rush for a particular train in a particular season all tickets get booked within 10 mins of opening of internet booking at the reservation center as well internet more
