AHDAR CARD AS PLASTIC ELECTRO READER WITH CHIP

Ahdar card to be changed in new form of plastic electro reader with a memory chip blended in it, this memory should be sufficient to store 100 MB of data. All the details of individual can be stored easily.

Implementation process:-

1. All the panchayat, municipality, co-operation should be given rights to registered en numbers of details concerning the person. (original documents to be kept in safe hands)

2. A persons all ATM card to be linked with Adhar so that a person carring this can operate any bank transcation (such as ICIC, SBI, HDFC, SBT, PNJ ...ETC) with an etc addition password to Adhar.

3.Addition facilities which Govt. tries to give must be also shown such as passport, State to state transfer.

4. Filled up card data should be protected in online servers with an identification no: also the card data should be protected with person retinal (eye scan) in card.

This is only what have come to my mind instantly, this should be improved as per your acceptance and discussions. more

“UID” is merely an IDENTITY and it does not by itself confer ANY RIGHTS WHAT SO EVER. UID identifies you through your Biometric particulars: the Photograph, 10 fingerprints & 2 Iris prints, though in its reference sheet (Card) the Name , date of birth & address are noted as given during enrollment. It is NOT a CARD similar to Credit Card, Debit Card, ATM card etc. To put it in simple term, it is just a DIGITAL NAME given to you by UIDAI to identify yourself. There may be a no of persons with your usual name, BUT NOT same UID the digital name. “UID” CAN NOT BE DUPLICATED. But UID could be & it should be linked to all other identity cards / documents such as PAN, Passport, Driving license, all legal documents (House/Land deeds etc) MERELY NOTING THE "UID" in the record DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE CORRECTNESS. THEREFORE, WHILE ACCEPTING THE "UID" IT MUST BE ENSURED BY THE RESPECTIVE AGENCY (SUCH AS BANKS, RTOs, REGISTERING OFFICERS ETC) THAT THE ACTUAL PERSON & THE "UID" ARE OKYED, ELECTRONICALLY, BY THE CENTRAL UIDAI AS PER THEIR GUIDELINES, AND SUCH A REFERENCE & ACCEPTANCE TO BE DOCUMENTED DIGITALLY. THIS AUTHENTICATION IS INDEPENDENT OF HUMAN INTERFERENCE. UIDAI offer online authentication services for agencies to validate a person’s identity. more
Storing all personal information on cards is NOT a good idea. It will lead to card cloning as is happening in the case of credit cards now and may even result in identity theft. Instead a robust cloud storage and transactional portal to handle a large number of queries should be set up (or existing capacities enhanced) so that personal data is safe-guarded. Aadhar-related queries will be limited to determine the genuineness of identity through finger print matching. For example if I open a bank account, the bank should send my finger print scanner data on-line for confirmation that I am who I claim to be. more
But details of bank should be given for the purpose of income Tax and mandatory digitization. more
Absolutely dangerous idea to merge all atm with one card. People can be held up by goons and made to hand over cash at atms. This is quite common in UP , where i stay - at least with debit cards, i can set my own daily limits to avoid making huge losses incase such a scenario happens. more
