Air pollution
Dear Fellow Members,
Nowadays, I am experiencing sudden increase in air pollution. The buildings at distance which were visible month before started fading off now, perhaps due to dust layer.
Is it SMOG ? Are we going to experience SMOG again? SMOG will affect our lungs and breathability, in this Covid-19 pandemic we cannot sustain it.
Is there any corrective action envisaged in this matter before it is late? more

The problem exist for the past few years but, no practical solution. Face mask can't be used 24 hrs a day. more

If you continue to wear a mask, no problem. Let the smog become even worse. The basic reason for high pollution levels is to many vehicles on the roads and driving at breakneck speed which raises dust. Remember that "STUBBLE BURNING" was being carried out even 20-40 years ago, but there was no problem of this sort. Don't blame farmers for this - blame only yourselves for the undue heavy traffic which is your contribution also. more

Vehicular traffic has increased; factories have started functioning; even stubble burning, as per some news, has commenced in Punjab etc. Unfortunately, what you are saying is bound to happen gradually much like yesteryears. more
