It's a hard fact that Delhi has become a gas chamber now a days. Just not livable.No body want to think about it. The main reason for this are vehicles, factories, unplanned construction and sweeping. For vehicles, metro, electricity operated vehicles and like are only be allowed. The factories sd not be allowed to run in residential area and it should be shifted to industrial areas with proper treatment of gases and waste. The construction should be allowed only when there are arrangements for sprinkle of water and materials are in covered position. The most of dust particles fly during sweeping. The sweeping should only be done after sprinkling of water. more

First and Firmost, since there is a government authority FOR THIS PURPOSE serviving with public money, they should clearly identify the main causes, how these can be tackled and what government is doing STRICTLY and inform they want public to do AND HAVE EFFECTIVE ENFORCEMENT more
