Some towns like Hisar, the pollution level is very bad. In many cities it is very poor. Will the Pollution Control Board issue an advisory for the public and inform the steps being taken to bring the pollution within control. more

It is nice to know the AQI of various cities. It is good to make the citizens aware about the Air we breath n we live , but the common person has no control over it ,or can contribute very little. This information should not remain as the daily stock exchange index. It would have been more effective if CPCB n various states PCB also mention what actions each has made to enforce, particularly the places which are in RED or yellow marked zones. Or this information will simply remain as ritual . Thanks more

An extremely useful information. Of added interest for the general public would also be to know what steps the relevant authorities are taking to redress the situation. By the way, our Dyson home air purifier also shows a "purple" indicator after "dark red" when the pollution level has hit beyond the top. more
